• Evaluation of the various options which will result in the improvement of the Return on Assets(ROA)
• Documenting the required Engineering in order to highlight/ define the specific project requirements for the ease of Detailed Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
• Supporting the client by providing the Project Cost Estimate
• Evaluation of various design options for project cost optimization keeping in mind the client budgetary requirements.
• Prepare process flow sheets, heat and material balances
• Prepare Total Installed Cost (TIC) Estimate
• Establish operations and maintenance strategies
• Project execution plan and project execution schedule
